Symptom

A DLVS* queue is trying to create an Outbound Delivery (OBD) in EWM.
However, the queue gets stuck in /SMQ2 with error:

"Qty role Quantity in Batch-Specific UoM (BSUOM) is missing
Message No. /SCWM/DELIVERY_CONF847"
