3788827 - Manage Purchase Requisition Professional does not show the error message FMAVC005

Symptom

In the app "Manage Purchase Requisition (F2229)", the long text and the error message number are not displayed for the backend error FMAVC005: "Annual budget exceeded by XXXX YY (FM PB Availability Control) for document item XXXXX".

In transaction ME51N, the same error shows the full long text and message number.
