Symptom

When executing report /SCWM/R_STOCK_TYPE_CHANGE in Mode "2 - Create Inspection and Post Stock to QM Stock" inspection lots are not created due to errors:

Active version for inspection object type 5 could not be determined
Message no. /SCWM/QINSP077.

and/or

Material &1 &2 is not inspection-relevant for inspection type 08
Message no. QA496.
