3788849 - missing toolbar button when sap.ui.unified.fileuploader expands to 100% width in overflowtoolbar (ui5)

Symptom

  • A toolbar action (for example, “Create Manual Entry”) is not visible in a UI5 application when sap.ui.unified.FileUploader is present in the same OverflowToolbar.
  • The missing button occurs after recent UI5 framework changes to FileUploader sizing/layout.
  • No error message is displayed.
