1. Navigate to Manage Languages.
2. Observe that the following error is displayed:

1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Verify that the Change Language option is missing, as shown below.

"Language Packs" feature is not enabled in Provisioning under Company Settings. 

Enable the feature "Language Packs" in Provisioning under Company Settings. Since customers do not have access to Provisioning, please contact your implementation partner or create a case under component LOD-SF-PLT-LAN to have the required Language Packs enabled.
