3788937 - Field "Reporting Ctry/Reg" (EGMLD) not available in Manage Supplier Line Items app - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The field "Reporting Ctry/Reg" (EGMLD) is not available in the View Settings of the Manage Supplier Line Items app and cannot be added as a column. The field is required to identify supplier invoices where this value is missing, for statutory reporting compliance purposes.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Supplier Line Items app.
2. Click the View Settings button to add a new column.
3. Search for "Reporting Ctry/Reg" or EGMLD.
4. Observe that the field is not available.

The field "Reporting Ctry/Reg" (EGMLD) is not persisted in the database. It is only used in the input screen to derive and persist two other fields: DelivOfGoodsDestCountry (EGBLD) and DelivOfGoodsOriginCountry (EGLLD). These derived fields are not supported by the Manage Supplier Line Items and Manage Customer Line Items apps as of now.

There are two options:

2. As a workaround, a Custom Analytical Query can be created based on the data source "Operational Journal Entry Item - Cube (I_OPERATIONALACCTGDOCCUBE)" to filter on the fields DelivOfGoodsDestCountry (EGBLD) and VATRegistration (STCEG).
