3788950 - No manager notification when 'make visible to my manager' is set

Symptom

  • An employee selects "Make visible to my manager" = Yes on a Continuous Feedback entry.
  • The feedback becomes visible to the employee's manager within Continuous Feedback.
  • No email notification, alert, or To-Do is sent to the manager.
  • The manager only sees the feedback when accessing the employee's Continuous Feedback records.
