3788955 - Reason and Comment fields not visible when creating manual time event in Manage Clock In Clock Out

User is not able to see Time Event Reason and Comment fields when creating a Manual time event in Manage Clock In/Clock Out.  However, the same user is able to see these fields when creating a Manual time event via Time Sheet UI.

• SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
• Clock In/ Clock Out

1. Navigate to Manage Clock In/Clock Out.
2. Start creating a manual time event for an employee.
3. Observe that the Reason and Comment fields are not displayed on the creation screen.

Missing permissions.

1. Open Manage Permission Roles and edit the role assigned to the affected user.
2. Locate Manage Clock In/Clock Out.
3. Enable Configure Clock In/Clock Out (and its sub-headers View and Edit Settings) for the role.
   
4. Save the changes and have the user retest creating a manual time event; the Reason and Comment fields should now be visible.
