3789023 - Country-Spec Enhance tab is missing from the Fiori apps

In the Manage Supplier Master Data app, the Supplier Country Specific Enhancement tab is not visible.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Fiori app (Example: Manage Supplier Master Data app)
2. Attempt to locate the Supplier Country Specific Enhancement tab.
3. Observe that the tab is not visible.

By design, the Fiori apps Manage Business Partner Master Data, Manage Customer Master Data, and Manage Supplier Master Data are lighter versions and do not include the "Country-spec. Enh." tab.

• Tab "Country-spec. Enh." is invisible in Fiori App Fiori Apps i.e. Manage Business Partner Master Data App , Manage Customer Master Data App and Manage Supplier Master Data App but accessible in Maintain Business Partner. 
• There is an existing Enhancement Request in the Customer Influence portal for this requirement upvoting it helps increase its visibility and priority for evaluation by the product team.
