3789103 - SuccessFactors Mobile App shows List Element Value instead of List Element Name in Performance Form Custom Section

• In the performance form on mobile, picklist fields display the list element value instead of the list element name in the form overview.
• When editing the section on mobile, the list element name appears correctly.
• Occurs on both iOS and Android.
• No error message is displayed.

1. Open a performance form in the mobile app.
2. Navigate to a custom section that contains picklist fields.
3. Observe that in the form overview, the picklist shows the list element value instead of the list element name.
4. Tap to edit the section and observe that the list element name is shown correctly in edit mode.

This is a known issue.

This issue will be fixed to 2609 release, which will be released on September 22nd. The release version will be 17.2.0. both on Android and iOS.

WORKAROUND: Use the desktop version of performance form.
