Symptom

Manage Credit Management Rules app is not present.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In the launchpad, search for the app "Manage Credit Management Rules".
  2. The app is not available/not found.

Cause

The app is scope-dependent; the business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_CR_RULES_PC becomes available only after activation of scope item 1QM (Advanced Credit Management).

Resolution

  1. Activate scope item 1QM (Advanced Credit Management).
  2. After activation completes, access the "Manage Credit Management Rules" app.
