3789139 - MKV App: Submit Button Does Not Create or Submit Instance

Symptom

Users are unable to create instances in the MKV Manage Instances application.

All mandatory fields can be maintained successfully, but after clicking Submit, no action is triggered.

Observed behavior:

  • No error message is displayed.
  • No instance is created.
  • No submission is performed.
  • The application remains on the same screen without feedback.

Expected behavior:

  • The instance should be created.
  • The submission process should start successfully.
  • The user should receive confirmation or processing feedback.
