Symptom
- The "Inclusive" checkbox is selected in the conditions for calculation date, while creating or modifying a deal and the transaction is saved successfully.
- Upon reopening the deal in Display mode, the Inclusive flag is not retained and appears unchecked.
- This behavior results in incorrect cash flow generation, impacting the expected deal cash flow calculations.
- No error message is provided in the case.
Environment
- Product: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
- Treasury and Risk Management (Public Cloud)
Reproducing the Issue
- Create or modify a deal.
- Select the "Inclusive" checkbox in the date section for interest calculation condition.
- Save the transaction.
- Reopen the deal in Display mode.
Cause
- The inclusive indicator in the structure tab influences the first main condition.
- In the deal structure, the term setting "inclusive of end date" is not selected. As a result, the Inclusive indicator is not retained for interest calculation and related cash flow processing.
Resolution
- Open the deal and navigate to the deal structure where interest terms are defined.
- Select a term configuration that includes the end date (enable "inclusive of end date").
- Save the deal.
- Reopen the deal in Display mode and confirm that the Inclusive checkbox is retained.
