3789154 - Due to invalid date format condition record cannot be processed (changed, deleted)

Symptom

Condition records were created with incorrect date format, valid from / valid to or both have an incorrect date format (e.g. 2.02.3182).

As a consequence these condition records are neither determined in sales document nor the condition records can be processed e.g. in VK12 due to error “invalid date format.”
