3789188 - After importing Best Practices for Manage Payroll Activities, analytics types are loaded in backend but appear blank on PCC side

Symptom

  • After importing the PCC Best Practice transport referenced in KBA 3570410 and running program PYC_GENERATE_PROVIDER (all green, no errors), the Payroll Control Center shows missing configuration elements such as descriptions and analytics types.
  • No error messages are displayed during PYC_GENERATE_PROVIDER execution.
  • The settings button on the UI of Analytics Designer does not click.
