3789287 - Provide Additional Data does not display fields in Add New Hire to Onboarding

Symptom

During manual onboarding, in Add New Hire to Onboarding, "Provide Additional Data" does not display all fields. Only 3 fields are visible: Hire Date , Company , Event Reason.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in as a user with permissions to initiate onboarding.
  2. Navigate to Add New Hire to Onboarding.
  3. Enter the basic required information.
  4. Click "Provide Additional Data".
  5. Only 3 fields are visible: Hire Date , Company , Event Reason.

Resolution
