3789331 - Default-check on 'send email notification' when launching a form

• Request to default check the "Send email notifications to form recipients" option when launching a form.
• Actual result is that the option is unchecked.

1. Go to menu "Launch form".
2. Select form and employee.
3. On last step, the "Send email notifications to form recipients " option is unchecked by default.

1. Note that the "Send email notification to inform recipients" option is a user-selectable checkbox and cannot be configured to be selected by default; it is unchecked when launching a form.
2. If default-checked behavior is required, submit an enhancement request via the Customer Influence Portal: Customer Influence Portal (Performance Management campaign).
