3789362 - Work Inbox displays Test of Effectiveness work items in the wrong logon language

Test of Effectiveness (ToE) work items are displayed in the Work Inbox in a language different from the user's logon language.

For example:

• User logs on in English.
• The Work Inbox displays ToE work items in Portuguese.
• After opening the work item, the application content is displayed correctly in English.

The issue affects only the Work Inbox title for specific workflow tasks (for example, Review Test and Reperform Test).
