3789406 - LeanIX Collection groups cannot be reordered between native and custom; move up/down has no effect

• Using the “Move up” or “Move down” options in Manage Collections does not change the order as expected.
• For some custom collection groups, “Move down” is greyed out even when a lower position appears available.
• For native/standard groups, “Move up” is clickable but does not apply any visible change.
• The order shown in the manage/update panel does not match the left-hand navigation.
• No error message is displayed.
