3789436 - IBP: Planning Area check/activation fails after partial merge with error "requested entity OBPVMICUSTOMERID (AT) is not part of the model loaded"

• Planning area is updated from SAP7F sample model using Partial Merge option.
• Planning Area Check fails with the below error:
  Error: "Requested entity OBPVMICUSTOMERID (AT) is not part of the model loaded. Contact SAP."
• The planning area does not use Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and has no VMI-related configuration or master data.
