3789499 - Provide personal data or Manage pending hire draft keeps loading after saving draft when homeaddress is disabled

• Open then saved draft in Provide personal data (PDC) or Manage pending hire (MPH) and the page keeps loading.
• The Address entity (homeAddress) is disabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. In Business Configuration UI (BCUI), disable the HomeAddress data model.
2. Start a hire/onboarding scenario and add an emergency contact.
3. Save a draft in Personal Data Collection (or in Manage Pending Hires – onboarding draft).
4. Reopen the same draft, make any change (for example, update emergency contact details), and save it again as a draft.
5. Open draft: the page keeps loading and does not render.

It is a known issue.

• This issue will be corrected in the 2H 2026 Release.

Workaround

• Remove MPH draft.
• If draft saved in PDC, restart onboarding process to remove PDC draft.
