3789513 - Line breaks not rendered in performance management forms when upserting via odata v2

• When posting data from SAP Integration Suite to SuccessFactors Performance Management forms via SuccessFactors OData V2, line breaks present in the outbound payload are not rendered in the target UI; the form shows all content in a single line.
• Upsert requests complete successfully without error; no error messages are returned.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Post form content to SuccessFactors Performance Management entities via the SuccessFactors OData V2 API from SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
2. Include line breaks in the payload values (for example,
   , \n, or other HTML/escape sequences) for text fields.
3. Execute the upsert and confirm the request returns success.
4. Open the corresponding Performance Management form and observe that the text is displayed as a single continuous line without line breaks.

Known issue.

This issue will be fixed through patch with Preview deployment scheduled for 11-Aug-26 and Production deployment on 13-Aug-26.
