3789629 - Manage Journal Entry Number Ranges App appears to be no longer available

• The tile for the Manage Journal Entry Number Ranges app (FBN1, App ID: S_AL0_19000079) is no longer available.
• The business catalog SAP_CA_BC_GL_JE_CURR_SET_PC is no longer accessible.
• Users cannot locate the tile/app when attempting to maintain number ranges for number range object RF_BELEG.

1. Search for the "Manage Journal Entry Number Ranges" app or tile.
2. Observe that the app/tile is no longer available.

1. Configuration Activity for BPC_EXPERT Role - Business catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_GL0_PC 

• Users with the BPC_EXPERT role can access FI number range object RF_BELEG via Configuration Activity "Define Document Number Ranges"  (ID 101702) in any system.

2. Use Configuration Activity "Define Document Number Ranges"  (ID 101702) for maintenance

1. CBC or Manage Your Solution.
2. Access the Self-Service Configuration UI  "Define Document Number Ranges" for number range object RF_BELEG.
3. Perform number range maintenance as a configuration activity in the customizing tenant.

3. For Tenant-Specific Status Checks

1. Within the Implementation Activities app (IMG) it is possible to check;
2. Menu Path; Accounting -> General Ledger ->  General Ledger Processes -> General Journal Entries -> Define Document Number Ranges

Important Note:

• Direct maintenance via Current Settings catalog in test and production systems is no longer supported.
• Although the app Manage Journal Entry Number Ranges is listed within the FIORI apps library, the only way to access this FI number range is listed above via the configurationa activity "Define Document Number Ranges".
