3789640 - No depreciation will be posted in T-code AFABN, even though from table or AW01N to see there are planned depreciation existing

Symptom

When posting depreciation by AFABN, nothing will be posted, however, under the posted values tab of T-code AW01N or tables related(ANLP in ECC/FAAT_PLAN_VALUES in S4), there is indeed planned depreciation to post.
