• An error is raised when it is attempted to create a new Change Project.
• Error: Initial load for one of the active services is required

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2

1. Login to Source system
2. Go to System Settings
3. Under Change Project settings go to Change Project View
4. Click on + and create a new Change Project
5. Click Save
6. Error: Initial load for one of the active services is required is raised

• The initial load has not been performed for any service.
• An initial load of atleast one service is required before creating a new change projects to transport new changes.

1. Login to the Source system
2. Go to System Settings
3. Under Change Project view go to Registered Services
4. Run an initial load for at least one service for which you plan to transport changes.
5. Go to Change Projects view
6. Publish and Transport the initial load to Target system
7. Login to the Target system
8. Go to System Settings
9. Under Change Project settings go to Change Project view
10. Publish the transported Initial load
11. You can now login back to Source system and create a new Change Project
