3789671 - Teams notifications for assigned Learning items or Learning approval request are not received

• SuccessFactors APP is installed in Teams and integration is implemented without problem.
• When a learning item with a due date within 30 days or already expired is assigned, the expected Teams chat notification is not received.
• Notifications for learning approvals is not received in Teams.
• While Learning related notifications are not delivered, other Teams notifications like PM form or Goal are delivered without problem.

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Assign a learning item with a due date within 30 days (or expired) to a user in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
2. Open the Teams app and check the chat area for a learning assignment notification.
3. Observe that no assignment notification arrives.

• The Learning BizX home cards feature was not enabled in the backend (status was AVAILABLE instead of ENABLED), which prevented Teams card notifications from being sent.

From Learning perspective, both Teams notification and BizX home page card utilize the same published Learning event when learning item is assigned or approval is requested.

Please verify first whether the BizX home page card is displayed correctly or not.

If BizX home page card is not displayed either, it means that there is some problem in Learning side that Learning did not publish the event correctly.

Please follow the below KBA to contact SAP Support team and ask SAP Support to enable BizX home page card in Learning side.
