3789792 - Unable to create a new job requisition through the Position Org Chart - SmartRecruiters

Symptom

After a job requisition is created in SmartRecruiters from a position in the Position Org Chart of SAP SuccessFactors, the job requisition creation option is no longer available for that position. If the user returns to the Position Org Chart, the process cannot be triggered again for the same position.
