3789824 - Inbound France Peppol invoices fail with HTTP 404 on DRC Cloud Edition CEP endpoint

Symptom

When testing inbound France e-invoicing via the Approved Platform scenario, all inbound Peppol documents fail during the PUSH operation with the error: HTTP operation failed invoking https://drcc.<tenant>.kyma.ondemand.com/peppol-exchange/cep/v1/processInstance?async=true with statusCode: 404. An SM51 developer trace at level 3 shows no entries for the string gco_internal, confirming that the request never reaches the SAP backend.
