Symptom

  • The OOTB unsubscribe link in the email footer is not translating for accounts with different language versions.
  • The unsubscribe link always shows up in English, regardless of the IETF tags used.
  • The message "This can be set in the master and applies to all language versions" appears when the unsubscribe link is selected.
  • There is no documentation found on customizing or changing the unsubscribe link.
