3789949 - Candidates Are Not Visible in Manage Pending Hires (MPH) Despite Having Required RBP Permissions – SmartRecruiters

Users are unable to view all candidates in Manage Pending Hires (MPH) after candidates are hired through SmartRecruiters integration.

Different users may see a different number of candidates in the Manage Pending Hires page, even when they have the same SAP SuccessFactors permissions assigned.

Examples:

• User A can see two pending hires in MPH.
• User B can see only one of the same pending hires.
• HR administrators report that candidates expected to appear in MPH are not visible to them.
• The HR Data Management team has the required SAP SuccessFactors permissions but cannot access all SmartRecruiters-originated pending hires.
