3789986 - Job profile import does not apply font formatting in Job requisitions - Recruiting Management

• When importing Job Descriptions through the Job profile - the descriptions font appears with standard/default formatting instead of the desired font styling used in the .csv upload.
• The HTML font styling tags are not supported when importing the Job Description 
• Is there any way to change the font styling of the Job Description in Bulk?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Export “Job Profile – Long Descriptions” using Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export.
2. Edit the CSV and add inline HTML/CSS to set font family and size for section descriptions.
3. Import the updated CSV via Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export.
4. Open a job requisition that uses the job profile and review the section descriptions (Job Profile Details/internal/external views): formatting remains standard and the custom font is not applied.

The Job Profile Content Import/Export for does not support applying or persisting rich text/HTML formatting; it handles content as plain text.

The Job Profile does not support HTML formatting or styling tags. Any formatting should be applied using the Rich Text Editor instead.
