3790010 - Unable to retrieve data from candidate in Read Audit Reports - Recruiting Management/HCM Suite

Symptom

When searching for a candidate in Read Audit Reports, the candidate is not found and the name pop-up does not appear, preventing the candidate from being selected. As a result, when attempting to generate the report, the system displays the following error message: "Select at least one candidate"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access Admin Center.
  2. Search for "Read Audit Reports".
  3. Ensure you are on the "Create Read Audit Report" tab.
  4. Click "External Candidate Search".Search for any external candidate name.
  5. Observe that the candidate is not displayed in the search results and cannot be selected.

Cause

The lastName field is not present in the Candidate Profile XML template, which is required by the Candidate Profile in the oData API Metadata.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, add the Last Name field to the Candidate Profile Template and refresh the OData API Metadata.
