3790066 - event Reason and Event not visible in job information when view job info history permission is not granted

• A user who can view only the current record of their own employee profile cannot see the event reason or event in Job Information.

1. Login as a user who has permission to view only the current record of their own employee profile.
2. Open the user's employee profile.
3. Navigate to Employment Information > Job Information.
4. Observe that event and event reason are not shown on the current record view.

• By design, event and event reason are shown on the History UI to explain why a change occurred; they are not displayed on the full details page of the current record.
• The user lacks the "View History" permission for Job Information, so the History UI (where event and event reason are visible) is not accessible.

1. Open Role-Based Permissions administration.
2. Edit the relevant permission role assigned to the impacted users.
3. Navigate to Employee Data > Job Information.
4. Under Job Information Actions, enable "View History".
5. Save the role and ensure it is assigned to the intended users/target population.
6. In the employee profile, open Employment Information > Job Information, then use History to view event and event reason.
