SWPM incorrectly recognizes the standby database as RAC configured during PAS installation via system copy.
This misrecognition prevents the system copy process from proceeding.
The SWPM screen does not select "Database on RAC". However, SWPM prompts for parameters for RAC in "Oracle Real Application Cluster Parameter".

Environment
The issue has been observed in Unix / Oracle environments only.
No specific release versions: any SWPM release running in a Unix based system with any Oracle release can present this behavior.
