3790162 - Manage Payment Plans app shows data from restricted company codes

In the "Manage Payment Plans" app (F4806), the business users who restricted to specific company codes, can still display payment plans belonging to other company codes.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Assign the business user a business role restricted to company code X (read and write).
2. Open the app "Manage Payment Plans".
3. Filter or navigate to payment plans for company code Y.
4. Observe that plans for company code Y are visible.
5. Attempt to create a payment plan using company code Y.
6. Observe that an authorization error is raised during creation.

In versions prior to CE2608, authorization checks took effect only at the time of creation in "Manage Payment Plans" app. 

The company code authorization check for "Manage Payment Plans" app was enhanced in release CE2608.
Retest "Manage Payment Plans" app to confirm that display and creation are restricted to authorized company codes after the upgrade.
