3790209 - Enablement of Country/Region-Specific Fields in Upload Customer Open Items App

The "What’s New in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608" documentation mentions the country/region-specific header fields added to the "Upload Customer Open Items" (F4051) app. 

However, for some countries, the fields mentioned cannot be used in the "Upload Customer Open Items" app.
For example, for Singapore, when entering 'Country/Region‑Specific Reference 5' (Original E‑Vendor Invoice UUID) field in the template, the error below is displayed.
"You attempted to upload a file containing a value in the Country/Region Specific Reference 5 field, which is not enabled for Singapore (SG)."
