3790273 - Workflow approver change behavior in new workflow UI; retaining current approvers when editing transaction

• You would like to keep the same approver, just change the "Edit Transaction" selection when changing the approver of a workflow. 
• It is not possible to add groups when changing approvers in a workflow so you cannot continue via the new UI.
• Workflow disappears from approval groups homepage when only changing "Edit transaction" and leaving the same approver.

1. Navigate to Manage Workflow Requests
2. Change approver on a workflow with a group 
3. Cannot add the group in the new approver
4. Change just "Edit transaction" to keep the same approvers

• A limitation in the new workflow UI: existing approver groups do not display in the "New approver" field, which can lead to confusion about which approvers will apply.
• The workflow disappearing from groups homepage is not expected and will be fixed by engineering in 2H2026 release. 

1. Open the workflow change action in the new UI.
2. Make the required selection under "Edit transaction".
3. Do not add any entries to the "New approver" field.
4. Save/submit the change. The system will retain the existing current approvers, including any approver groups, even though the group does not display in the "New approver" field.
5. Verify the workflow routing to confirm the expected approvers are applied.
