Symptom

  • After upgrading to version 2608, custom fields disappear from the Manage Fixed Assets (F3425A) application in test tenant.
  • When attempting to add a field via Adapt UI, a general error appears with a recommendation to open a ticket.
  • In customizing tenant (not yet upgraded), the same custom fields still appear in the Time-Dependent Data section.
