3790420 - S/4 HANA: Travel expense posting no longer creates IDOCs

Symptom

After conversion to S/4HANA, posting travel expenses (for example, via PRRW) no longer creates IDocs for ALE distribution.

Travel postings are created directly via a new posting API, and accounting documents may be created locally instead of generating the previously used outbound interface.
