3790454 - Signed Onboarding Documents Are Not Displayed in the Onboarding Dashboard - Onboarding

• Signed Onboarding documents are not visible for a candidate in Onboarding Dashboard > Actions > Onboarding Documents.
• Only certain signed documents are displayed, despite multiple documents being completed by the candidate.
• Documents are not available in Manage Documents.
• No process validation error observed in business process execution.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Open Onboarding Dashboard and go to Actions > Onboarding Documents for the candidate.
2. Observe that only one signed document is visible although several were completed.
3. Open Admin Center > Manage Documents and search using Advanced Filters (by document name or document owner) and confirm the missing documents are not listed.

In Manage Data > Process > toFormData, the affected forms have Document ID set to 0, indicating those documents were not successfully generated for the process. 

• Prerequisites
  • Ensure the appropriate permission is granted:
    • Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > Select Role > User Permissions > Onboarding or Offboarding Permissions > Restart Onboarding Step for E-Signature
      
      
• Procedure
  1. Navigate to Home > Onboarding Dashboard.
  2. Open the required New Hire Details page.
  3. Select View Details for the document flow that requires restarting.
  4. Review the document flow details.
  5. Select Restart.
  6. Review the documents included in the document flow.
  7. Confirm by selecting Restart again.
