3790461 - Error "Navigation to this application is not supported" when creating Purchase Order from app F1048A in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In the Process Purchase Requisitions (F1048A) app, choosing Create Purchase Order results in the following error message: Navigation to this application is not supported.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the app Process Purchase Requisitions (F1048A) .
2. Select a PR.
3. Press the Create Purchase Order button.
4. Observe the error message.

The business role does not have the required IAM application Create Purchase Order from Process Purchase Requisitions (ME21IN_PR_TRAN) activated.

1. Open the Maintain Business Users app.
2. Select the business role assigned to the affected user and select the business catalog associated- SAP_MM_BC_PO_MANAGE_PC 
3. Navigate to the IAM Apps tab.
4. Search for Create Purchase Order from Process Purchase Requisitions (ME21IN_PR_TRAN).
5. Activate the IAM application.
6. Save and publish the authorization changes.
7. Have the affected user sign out and sign back in.

After activating ME21IN_PR_TRAN, the Create Purchase Order action in Process Purchase Requisitions (F1048A) works as expected.
