3790471 - Get "Error updating certificate" in Cloud Foundry integration

Symptom

The admin receives "Error updating certificate Invalid Cloud Foundry credentials" and "Couldn't exchange certificate for Cloud Foundry API credentials" when admin is trying to add more end point to existing Cloud Foundry integration in SAP LeanIX.
