Standard workforce replication from Employee Central (EC) to Master Data Integration (MDI) is failing with the error below in SuccessFactors Business Scenarios: 

• "Bad Request ValidationError: XYZ in the path is invalid"

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Clear the Operation URI field in the Destination section of the Business Scenario. Refer to: Configuring the Business Scenarios for Outbound Integrations.

Update the MDI distribution model to ODM WorkforcePerson 3.9.0. Refer to: Field Mapping Between Employee Central and SAP Master Data Integration: Workforce Person.
