3790480 - Error: "MoneyDifferenceFormatter::parseString" appears on Earnings or Savings term

Symptom

When editing the Content tab of a draft event, I am able successfully add items without issue. However, when I click on the Next button to move from the Content tab to the Summary tab in order to publish the event, an error appears above the Earnings or Savings term: MoneyDifferenceFormatter::parseString. Due to this error, I am unable to progress forward with the Next button and cannot reach the Summary page to publish the event.
