3790487 - Why is the Advance Ship Notice completion and receipt status not updating after I post the Goods Receipt?

Symptom

I have successfully posted a Goods Receipt (GR), but the corresponding Advance Ship Notice (ASN) in the Ariba Network is not showing the expected status updates. Both the Completion Status and Receipt Status fields remain blank, even though the receipt process has been completed successfully.

Based on the expected system behavior, the ASN should be updated to "Completed" under Completion Status and "Fully Received" or "Partially Received" under Receipt Status after the GR is posted. However, these status updates are not occurring, which prevents me from accurately tracking the ASN receipt status in the Buyer Portal.
