3790502 - Cannot export RCA Analytics Designer data from 'Alert Management' page into excel

Symptom

  • No way to export data displayed in the RCA Analytics Designer directly to Excel or any other format.
  • Existing export options in PCC do not include the required RCA data.
  • Administrators are manually copying information from the table view, which is inefficient and prone to errors.
  • Export option is not available in 'Alert Management' screen.
