3790521 - External Users Cannot Access Required Surveys

• Mandatory surveys are not appearing on the Learning Homepage for external users.
• Start Survey button missing for external users.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Assign one item configured with a required survey to one internal user and one external user >
2. Have both users complete the item >
3. Open the Learning Homepage >
4. Observe that the internal user sees a Start Survey button on the course card, while the external user does not see any survey action, preventing them from completing the required survey.

Currently, external users do not have access to the actions and status indicators on ILX cards (e.g. Start Survey button), preventing them from seeing course card updates and completing Required Surveys.

Our Engineering team is currently developing and enhancement to grant access to the actions and status indicators on ILX cards for external users. This KBA will be updated once there is a confirmed deployment timeline.
