Symptom

  • Short dump GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED (CX_SY_ASSIGNMENT_ERROR) occurs when activating a DataSource after a system copy.
  • Stack points to class/method: CL_RSDS_X_TPL=>GET_DATASOURCE_PROPERTY.
  • Triggered from RSA1 during DataSource maintenance/activation and when running report RSDS_DATASOURCE_ACTIVATE_ALL.
  • Message context shows message class RSDS, message number 562.
