3790643 - Participant remains in status "Sign Pending" after creating a participant the Configure Participants application for E-Invoices and E-Reports (France)

After creating a participant in the Configure Participants application using the Sign Agreement by Email signing or Creating a Template Participant and Signing it by Email option in the production environment, one of the following is observed:

• The participant remains in Sign Pending, and the designated legal representative does not receive the DocuSign agreement.
• The DocuSign agreement has been signed, but the participant status does not change to Send and Received Enabled.

Note: In the test environment, your company can send electronic documents to other participants of the test Peppol network and to the qualification system of the tax authority. You don't sign any formal agreement for testing.

For France e-reporting, you don’t need to create participant ID. It’s only needed for France e-invoicing process.
