  • Trust Configuration shows "No tenants available."
  • Subscription or Booster step fails with "To subscribe this application, link an Identity Authentication tenant to the subaccount with the 'Establish Trust' option."
  • IAS tenants portal shows "No tenants found"; btp list security/available-idp returns 0 entries.
